2.控制气流大小，调节真空度在图1中，调节阀1的阀盖开启角度，即可调节流经管路的气流量大小；关闭阀2和阀4，通过放气阀3可以给机械泵Ⅲ的入口放成大气；通过放气阀5可以调节容器内的真空度。

8.手轮、手柄及传动机构均不允许作起吊用，并严禁碰撞。

9.双闸板闸阀应垂直安装（即阀杆处于垂直位置 , 手轮在顶部 ）。

10.带有旁通阀的闸阀在开启前应先打开旁通阀（以平衡进出口的压差及减小开启力 ）。

11.带传动机构的闸阀，按产品使用说明书的规定安装。

12.如果阀门经常开关使用 , 每月至少润滑一次。 

重量轻：本体采用球黑铸铁制成，重量较传统闸阀重量减轻约20%~30%，安装维修方便。

平底式闸座：传统的闸阀往往在通水洗管后即因外物诸如石头，木块、水泥、铁屑、杂物等淤积于阀底凹槽内，容易造成无法关闭紧密而形成漏水现象，弹性座封闸阀底部采用与水管机同的平底设计，不易造成杂物淤积，使流体畅通无阻。
